We\u2019ll look at core concepts and incorporate the work of leaders in the field. Consistent with both research and international trends, we\u2019ll examine your own beliefs about technology and leadership and present some tools and resources that you can easily deploy to move your organizations down critical paths. Familiarity with Jim Collins book Good to Great and his concept of \u201cTechnology Accelerators\u201d will give you a sense of this session.
